NEVER TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR SEED WORDS OR TYPE THEM INTO A COMPUTER KEYBOARD TO SAVE THEM IN A FILE.

ALL DIGITAL COPIES OF YOUR SEED WORDS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AT RISK TO BE DISCOVERED BY OTHERS

Let’s Get Started!!

Step 1: Got to Trezor.io and order new device by clicking on “Get Your Trezor”.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT FROM THE MANUFACTURER’S WEBSITE

Step 2: Once you have your Trezor make sure the box was not tampered with. Open the box. Verify that the device has the holographic seal. Once you are sure that the device is authentic and untampered with, go to step 3.

Step 3: Plug in your Trezor to the USB port on your PC and go to Trezor.io/start and click on “I already own Trezor”.

Step 4: On the next screen suite.trezor.io click on the green bar in the middle of the screen that says “Get Desktop App”.

NOTE: ONLY USE CORD ADAPTERS PROVIDED BY TREZOR TO CONNECT TO YOUR PC.

Step 5: Open Trezor Suite and Begin Setup

Step 6: Choose “Create New Wallet”

Step 7: Choose “I’ve never used this Trezor” OR “I have used this Trezor” This will run a validity check of the device OR move to the next step accordingly.

Step 8: Install/Update Firmware (Follow prompts) IMPORTANT!!!! Check Fingerprint during firmware update. Verify every letter and number and make sure they match.7

Step 9: Firmware update complete. Click on “Create New Wallet” and follow instructions on the Trezor device.

Step 10: Create Backup. This is where the Trezor generates your seed words. Be ready to write these down in the order they are presented and the exact word and spelling on the screen.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP TO GET RIGHT. The Trezor will ask you to verify the words as you wrote them down. Verify each word carefully.

Step 11: Create PIN. Enter twice. Click “Complete setup”.

Step 12: Enter Suite. Set up the settings as needed in the suite. Name your device.

Step 13: At the top of the Suite, click on “Accounts”. You will have the option to set up a standard wallet or hidden wallet. This is a choice that you can make to create hidden wallets by adding a passphrase to your seed words. If you choose to use hidden wallets.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PASS PHRASE IS ESSENTIALLY A 25TH WORD TO YOUR SEED AND SHOULD BE PROTECTED AND SECURED.

Step 14: If you chose a pass phrase, you will only be able to see the hidden wallets by entering the pass phrase each time you connect your wallet to Trezor suite or Metamask.

Step 15: Go to accounts and pick the blockchain that you want to populate. In the case of PulseChain, you will pick the Ethereum account.

Step 16: Download and run the Trezor Bridge

Step 17: Congratulations! 🎉🎉  You are now ready connect your hardware device to a new instance of Metamask.

See instruction blog on how to install MetaMask extension on your browser. Once you have MetaMask installed, you will use the connect hardware wallet function. Go through the promts to export your public keys to MetaMask.
